This project located in Las Brisas, Nueva Andalucia was started in May 2010 and was finished in December 2010.  This reform has transformed this 37 year old villa into a modern contemporary home. The villa now has 5 bedroom suites plus staff quarters with their own separate kitchen. The large lounge, dining room and a fully fitted modern Kitchen are located on the middle floor of the house . There is an internal lift which takes you from the garden level to the 2nd floor where the master bedroom suite  and a guest suite is located.  At garden level there are the other bedroom suites. The grounds were excavated and below the garden there is now a 6 car garage, gym and cinema room..
