Starting just a few months ago in May 2010, this villa  situation in Las Brisas, Nueva Andalucia is currently being completely renovated.  When finished, the villa will have  6 bedroom suites. The grounds have been excavated and  beneath the garden and pool area there will be a 10 car garage, bodega, gym and cinema room..  An internal lift will take you from the ground floor to the Master Bedroom Suite which includes a roof terrace, with panoramic views of La Concha and the sea .  With the same fantastic views one floor below you will find the  Lounge, Dining Room and a fully fitted modern Kitchen, with every gadget possible.   We anticipate the villa being finished by December 2010. Below you can see some photographs of the villa before we started the reform and the work which has taken place over the last couple of months.   We will from time to time upload new photographs showing the progress of the reform.
