We took this 30 year old villa and transformed it into a 21st century modern home. The villa was completely renovated and now has 5 bedrooms with ensuites, cinema room, gym, internal lift to all floors, including roof terrace and spacious living and dining areas.  From start to finish including furnishing it took approximately one year. The work also included the landscaping of the garden, building a waterfall and a covered seating area adjacent to the extended swimming pool.
